She had wonderful credentials: A degree in Accounting and a Masters in Public Administration. She was attending law school to be an attorney.
As Taxpayer's Assistance Unit Head and Information Officer for the BIR, Revenue Region 13, there was an aura of legitimacy to anything she said. Update: Now out of the limelight so to speak ... and handling collections.
