This is a true story regarding Internet scamming by a Philippine woman, i.e. a Filipina.
What is very different about this story is the scamming was done by an extremely visible and high level government official who blazed a trail of deceit across at least three continents and should be an embarrasment to the Republic of the Philippines.
Why bother to put this in everyone's face? Because if the government does not punish this person openly and properly -- it is an admission to the World that from the poorest woman in an Internet cafe to the highest level of government -- Internet scamming is now small, big and condoned government "business as usual" in the Philippines.
